In Molivos, the ancient hill town on the Greek island of Lesvos,
almost the first shop you encounter in the historic Agora is
Elleni’s Workshop.
We opened in April 2006, and specialise in high quality
Greek linen and lace, together with the unique wood sculptures of
local artist Eric Kempson.
We are Philippa and Eric Kempson, who settled here from
Britain in 1999, and Philippa’s mother Jeannette.
And Elleni? - she is our daughter.
Now, in our third season, we have added a stunning range of
locally hand-crafted olive-wood and gemstone necklaces,
each one unique in its matching of a beautifully grained olive wood mount
with a complementary stone.
We are building two new dedicated websites,

where you will be able to find out more and order on-line.
We hope to have them in operation later this month.
