Orders 1. Please make sure your email includes a. A full description of the items you wish to buy (including reference numbers if possible), quantity, and colours and sizes if relevant. b. Your name and full postal address, together with the address to which the goods should be sent if different. c. If you would like us to add a gift card, please include your message(s). (But see note on gifts below)
2. We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. Should any item be out of stock, we will tell you when we expect to receive it and/or suggest an alternative. Separately, but also by email, you will receive an itemised PayPal invoice. The invoice will include full instructions on how to pay: it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account.
3. Your payment generates an automated confirmation from PayPal to us. We will send you an email with confirmation of receipt of payment and despatch details, which will normally be within two working days, allowing for weekends (Greek Post Offices do not open on Saturdays) and public holidays. Mailing times from Lesvos to Europe are normally 7 - 10 days: allow double that for the rest of the world
Gifts: We are happy to send your gifts, with personalised gift cards, to up to two addresses per order. Please note, however, that Greek regulations require us to enclose a receipted invoice in each parcel. If you do not want your recipients to see these, we will send the individually gift-wrapped items to you for forwarding.
Terms of Business
a. Pricing All prices include all Greek taxes, gift wrapping and packing, and airmail postage to anywhere in the world. They do not include any taxes or other charges that may be levied in the destination country.
b. Descriptions All items are described in accordance with the makers’ specifications and our own knowledge, and are to the best of our belief accurate. Because of variations in production all measurements are approximate.
c. Refund Policy We inspect every item thoroughly before selling or despatching it. If, despite our care, you should receive a faulty item, we will of course, at your choice replace it, or refund your payment, together with your return postage costs.
If you return goods for any other reason we will, at your choice, exchange them for items of equivalent value or refund your payment. We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs in these cases.
Any refunds will be made by crediting your payment card via PayPal.
d. Our Service We want you to be happy with our goods and service, and will do our best to ensure that both are irreproachable. Please let us know if we fall short in any way. We will always try to resolve any problems amicably, but in the last resort disputes will be subject to resolution under Greek law.
